Cancellations

Time is valuable to both you and our office. We therefore ask that our patients arrive on time for their appointments. Patients arriving late for their appointments impact all of the other patients seen that day; this is the primary reason that individuals have to wait at our office.

By arriving promptly for your appointment, you ensure that our office staff has the proper amount of time to complete your needed procedure and avoid inconveniencing other patients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, your appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to do so at least 24 hours in advance. By giving our office an advanced notice of your cancellation, you enable someone who needs an appointment to have one.

 

In order to cancel an appointment, you must speak with a staff member during our regular office hours; phone messages do not constitute a bonafide cancellation.

We reserve the right to charge a $75 fee for failed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice).
